NHD Information for Saturday!

*** Sign up for the NHD Remind by texting @cmsnhd to 81010. I need you to
have a phone with you at Saturday's competition so I can reach you at all
times. By signing up for Remind, you will receive updates about competitiontimes and group meeting locations. ***



Please review BOTH of the documents I sent to your school email address. 
You will check in first at 8am at the information table in the Frist College Center.
Exhibits are set up in Frist, but documentaries are set up in McCosh Hall.
Please find for your judging time on schedule and make sure you are 
present at least 15 minutes in advance of your judging time.

*All students must report and sign-in to the room to which they are
assigned between 8:30 am – 9:00 am. A Room Schedule Sheet will be posted ateach room. Students are to sign in on this sheet to indicate attendance*.


Remember: You have to set things up yourself. No parents or teachers can
assist you.


Documentaries: You will have a maximum of 5 minutes to set it up. Make sure
you have your laptop and ALL cables with you and practice your set up
several times before you go! There were issues with Mac computers last year, so either bring the appropriate adapter for your computer, or bring a PC laptop.


Exhibits: Only the judges and students are allowed in the room. The
exhibits MUST be taken down and removed by 2:15 pm. If your parents are not
staying during the day, but are returning for the awards ceremony, please
have them return by 2:00pm so you can get your exhibit out to the car and
be at the ceremony in time.
